Prestigious projects like the ones at Walt Disney Imagineering, where Scott played a part in almost every major project undertaken from 1990 to 2006, contributing to the construction and opening of six different theme parks. His most recognizable projects included Disney’s Animal Kingdom, Disney’s California Adventure, Blizzard Beach, Hong Kong Disneyland, and Tokyo Disney Seas.
As Director of Project Management, Scott continues to work on a worldwide scale, overseeing the development of state of the art experiences for Falcon’s Creative Group’s high-profile clients. Scott oversaw the opening of Dragon’s Treasure™ at the City of Dreams in Macau and the Inspiration of Flight at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. Scott’s on-site prowess helped deliver two fantastic new experiences for SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment in 2012: Manta at SeaWorld San Diego and TurtleTrek – 3D 360 at SeaWorld Orlando.
Scott fluently speaks the languages of project management: design, construction, fabrication, budgeting, scheduling, and more. He can step back and envision the proper sequence of construction and installation for parks, rides, and shows. His ample field experience allows him to flawlessly transition from facilitating design to facilitating installation. He navigates a sea of constant change with positivity, humor, and brainpower.
