Tony Plett

Vice President of Digital Media

Tony has been with Falcon’s Creative Group since 2015. He earned his degree from Ringling College of Art and Design. Tony has wide-reaching experience as a CG and VFX supervisor for theme park attraction media, 2D and 3D animation, and CG and live action feature films. With over 23 years of supervisory experience at Disney Feature Animation and Lucasfilm, Tony has worked under the tutelage of some of the most legendary filmmakers and visual storytellers in the entertainment industry, from George Lucas to Rodger Deakins.

Tony has worked within all stages of asset development and shot production throughout every phase of the pipeline. His database of knowledge ranges from R&D and look development to final DI color grading.

Tony has a proven track record of success in leading visual effects teams. Immediately prior to joining Falcon’s Creative Group, Tony served as Managing Digital Supervisor for Lucasfilm. His previous roles include Co-Visual Effects Supervisor for Jurassic World, Senior Visual Effects Supervisor for Strange Magic, Associate Visual Effects Supervisor for Rango and CG Supervisor for Meet the Robinsons. He served in supervisor roles for landmark Disney animated films like Lilo & Stitch and Mulan.

Tony is well-versed in attractions development, having been a key part of Universal Orlando’s Jaws attraction and Six Flags St. Louis’ Batman the Ride. As a champion of some of the most impactful and influential content in the marketplace today, Tony helms the Falcon’s Digital Media team with a dynamic creativity sensibility and comprehensive technological expertise. He is most comfortable when working at the pinnacle of digital entertainment development. Tony energizes his team to turn intimidating projects and tight timelines into incredible audience experiences.
