Mark is an Academy Award-winning Digital Effects and VFX Supervisor and Producer, with credits in feature films, games, television, and theme park movie attractions, including stereoscopic 3D film projects. He has worked at leading production companies such as Digital Domain, Sony Pictures Imageworks, Disney, DreamWorks, and Wanda in Beijing, China.
Mark is a deft design miracle worker, with an all-encompassing knowledge database of matte painting, visual effects, compositing, animation, modeling, leadership, production management, and more. In a supervisory role at Digital Domain, he led teams for Titanic, Apollo 13, True Lies, and Interview with the Vampire. Here, he also received his first major accolade in themed entertainment, a Thea Award for Terminator 2: 3-D. His guidance has resulted in industry bar-setting work visible in Dinosaur, The Matrix Revolutions, Avatar, Goosebumps, Medal of Honor, The Amazing Spiderman, Prometheus, and “Dragon’s Treasure” for Macau’s City of Dreams.
Mark initially worked with Falcon’s Creative Group supervising media production and VFX for multiple ride films at the 2010 Chinese Aviation Expo. He has returned to the company, bringing a stellar record of industry milestones along with him. With Mark’s confident and inspired influence, Falcon’s Creative Group is pushing the limits of computer generated media.
